It feels like SFFA is just a continuation of a long line of cases that started with Dobbs that showcase how fragile progressive change can be. I kept on thinking in class today that if only the foundations were stronger, these rights could not be touched. I hope my colleagues felt the same and going forward we strive to create more concrete change--whether that be lobbying for legislation or for long due amendments.
